Greetings,
I have been presented with an interesting work order. An elementary school who purchases their machines from us recently got a few dozen Windows 8 x86 tablets from us, and they really don't want to have to configure every single one of them as far as parental controls and account limitation goes.
I know that Windows 7 had Easy Transfer for copying accounts to another machine, but does Windows 8.1 have a similar utility that will copy over the user profiles along with the account limitations? If this isn't possible, would cloning the entire drive to each machine work? I know that in previous versions of Windows, this can cause issues with product keys which I can fix, but being unsure about Windows 8 activation, secure boot, and other possible issues, I come to the forums asking guidance.
Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.
