Solved Windows 8 missing titles

like everyone else my tiles are missing but for some reason I am under temp user. I'm looking apps there's only a few. I can click on computer, users: to select files from the main user but I cannot sign in as that user.

When I click on users it only shows administrator and activate guests. This happened two weeks ago and it's driving me crazy please help!!

Brink, thanks for your help. The only difference is I didn't not have the temporary icon on the bottom of the screen. I follow the steps and I was able to check My event viewer. I did found errors for logins So I continue with the steps to Go to safe mode.So I went to settings: change PC settings. Once I was there I did a system restore from there and it worked. Maybe doing that way it's more powerful. I don't know but I had tried system restore before and it wasn't working but it Did work from the settings page. Problem solved I got my tiles back in my PC is back to normal.
