Solved Windows 8 Password Reset Disk error.

I made a password reset disk. I tried to reset administrator's password, but i found out the Pass reset only works for that account, for which you chose.

The password reset disk can only be used to reset the password of the account used to make the disk. This is by design. The ability to do anything more would be a serious security risk.
