Solved Windows 8 User Account problems

Got new PC not long ago , added a few accounts for family suddenly the accounts are dud and can't be logged in , only one remains , ok so try and remake new accounts , allows you to make one but you can never log in , contacted seller told to do fresh install of wins 8 to fix , windows won't repair nor wipe!! Not happy have to say worst OS in a long time!! Technically surely by trying a fresh install it should wipe it all but no what can I do to fix this stupid issue ?

We need some additional information like your system specs including make/model number. It would also serve you well to provide a screenshot of Disk Management. Also, how did you attempt the clean install? Do you have the factory recovery discs for Windows 8?

Hi Thanks for your speedy reply this is my system AMD A10-5800K 3.80GHz, AMD A55 Chipset, 8GB DDR3 1600MHz, 500GB HDD, Corsair CX 430w PSU, DX11 GFX, LG DVD-RW, Onboard Audio, Stock AMD CPU Cooler have to try get a screenshot of that up later , we just had the windows 8 disc so we tried to install simply by sticking it in the disc drive but won't have it

OK, I think you are on your way. I see everything but the motherboard and that is definitely required unless this is a pre-built system, then the make and model number would suffice. And, if pre-built, are you sure they recommended a "clean install" or did they really mean a "factory restore?" However, if you built it yourself, please provide the motherboard make/model number along with that disk management view. If you are not familiar with how to capture that screenshot, simply navigate to the disk management view, open it wide, and depress the Win Key + Print Screen and it will take the snapshot for you. The resultant snapshot can be found in your Pictures folder in a sub-folder named Screenshots.

That's OK because it looks like you have a straight Legacy installation. A clean install over this configuration should be quite easy. However, the first thing you have to figure out is how to access the BIOS boot menu. I use F11 on one machine and F12 on the other (depending on how the mobo manufacturer configured it). Now, once you can access the boot menu, you can do a one-time selection to boot from your CD/DVD so make sure you have placed the installation disk in the drive before accessing the menu, select DVD (or whatever it says) and it will start the installation disc. OOPS. I forgot to mention that the boot options should be displayed at the bottom of the screen when the first logo appears (a few seconds after power on).
