Am I Admin Account?

I recently did a Windows 8 Reset and everything seems fine so far. My concern is that it doesn't seem like I have full Admin privileges. I do have UAC control on, but even folders like Program Files are mostly access denied. I am the only user/account on computer. Account says "Local Account, Administrator". Shouldn't I have full access? Please help if possible...

To access "forbidden " folders you can always "Take Ownership" of them available thru right click menu. Lowering UAC to minimum can give you more control but even after all that you will still need "Elevated Admin rights" for certain things.
