guest account as administrator

Hi, I don´t know how, but it happens. I have two microsoft accounts, but these are only like standard users and only guest accout is set like administrator. There is no way to change it. I try safe mode, netplwiz but access denied.

Is there some other reason like clean install? Thank You for answer and sorry for my english...
