    password and start menu

I was wondering if there is any way to log in on start up without using a password and is there a way to have it go directly to the desktop and bypass the start screen.
    Thanks Larry

    Welcome. See:

You won't be able to go directly (i.e., by doing nothing) to the desktop without 3rd-party software.
