Laptop Windows 8 not showing my picture or syncing

I noticed my laptop, which has windows 8, is not displaying my picture like my PC does. I also noticed it has a different theme than my PC. Everything in 'sync' is turned 'on'. Ideas? Im using the same user name/email.

The reason for this is that you have not set the 'Trust this PC' in your Microsoft account...
Click on the little flag in the right hand corner and click on 'Trust this PC' and follow the prompts...
