Windows 8 Enterprise User Rights question

We normally do not give our internal users Administrator rights to their PCs.
With Windows 8, there are a ton of things they can't do (unless they have Admin rights) including add a Network Printer. That's a big deal in our testing right now.

Power Users, a legacy from XP, doesn't actually do anything to user rights (it is there for legacy apps), and I can't figure out what I can do to allow users to add a Network Printer without giving them full admin rights.

    Anyone got any ideas?

You could set them up with access to the printer By setting up the computer with the printer connected to it to share in the 'Homegroup'. When you do this make sure they have no access to any files etc. Give the password to every computer station and the will be able to access that computers printer. I don't know of any other way sorry.
