Solved How can I disable a user account ?

How ? I tried mmc command on start menu but it didn't work out from this suggestion Disable a user account

So is there a way to do it?

I mean temporarily disabling a user account not delete it.

What happened when you tried that method for why it may not have worked?

I couldn't see any user listing on left panel for trying the solution on the link.

No , I wanted it to enable or disable a local account on my computer but somehow I learned to enable or disable administrator account , which is a bonus for me .
