my family age..

they said that accounts under 18 need to have the parent to sign into their windows account to activate it.. but the problem is im 20 and i still cant activate it myself.. theres no "get started" button on the setup page as instructed.

My account is registered as 13 years old, and no parent signing to activate the account.
