Use the same Username on 2 computers?

I have 2 computers with the windows 8 pro operation system.

If I log on in interface Metro with my microsoft account and install application from store,

2 computers may to sync application on Metro?

Is there a difference between the username to Metro and the local username of the computer? If yes,

What is the difference? Thanks!

If you use your Microsoft account for log in your computer this is usually your metro account too, as metro use a Microsoft account to log in. I use my domain email as login in Windows, so when I install the first metro app, it ask me for my Microsoft account , but only the first time,

So, if i use my microsoft account on login first time, this ask me about sync the application?
and if i connected in my more computers with this username of microsoft account is will may to sync application from store?
