How to Change Lock Screen Background in Windows Phone 8 and 8.1

information   Information
This tutorial will show you how to change your lock screen background to show any photo, daily images from Bing, or an installed lock screen app (ex: Weather) in Windows Phone 8 and 8.1.

Note   Note
Some lock screen apps may use battery by running tasks in the background, even when they're not open.

Some lock screen apps update the background image periodically. This feature may require a Wi-Fi or data connection.
