    I'm not sure what else would sort it for you since we already tried the usual suspects.

    I don't think it's worth doing a refresh for considering what all you would have to reinstall.

    Looks like this didn't work for me either... Changed settings and the default lockscreen disappeared. Restored default, then added another image, but the default lockscreen is still not present...

    Which option did you use?

    Just to verify, the "default lock screen" is the one that displays when there are no users signed in or selected on the sign-in screen. For example, at startup.

    -I used Lock Screen Customizer. (I thought it was obvious since I was talking about reseting, restoring default, etc. )

    Setting it isn't the problem. The default lockscreen is gone and won't come back no matter what I do, or set.

    If both options won't restore it for you, then you could do a system restore using a restore point before you made the change to restore it.
