Hello Martin, and welcome to Eight Forums.

Do you have Windows 8 or Windows 10 installed on your phone?

    What part doesn't work?

    What do you see different?

    Hi Brink

I have windows 8 on my phone.

This is the options that I have under my settings.

As you can see, it does give me the option for caller ID anywhere.

    Thanks

It looks like you may need to scroll up more in your top screenshot to see your phone's number.
