    Hey guys
I know it's not the appropriate forum, as I have W10 and this is for 8, but I can't get much responses there on Ten Forums.
It happened to me a couple of weeks (maybe one or two) ago but it happened to me AGAIN yesterday. I'm afraid it becomes usual and every week it happens, cause it's really annoying. I already checked disks and scanned and everything. But, seriously, nothing change.

    In regedit, my RefCount parameter changes between 1, 3, 4, 5, 0b (11), 12 and so on
    State sometimes, too

So, is MS going to solve this issue?

Hello Rogell, and welcome to Eight Forums.

You can use the method in this tutorial to fix it. However, if it keeps happening over and over, then it may be best to either refresh or reset Windows 10.

Sorry, I already had installed and reinstalled W10 around seven times and really don't intend to do so.
There fixes are just temporary. I'm waiting for a Microsoft fix for this (yes, it happened again right now)
But I know Microsoft won't do anything, as always... damn system

    Rogell,

Something is corrupting the user profile. See if you may be able to notice if it happens after performing any common action or installing anything.

Are you moving any of the user profile folders, or anything else that would affect the user profile?

Hello fazlin, and welcome to Eight Forums.

Just to verify, are you currently signed in to a different administrator account, or in safe mode signed in to the built-in Administrator account?

If you are, go ahead and do the rest of the steps to see if they may still be able to help despite not being able to delete the profile folder.

im currently signed in into a local account and also stated that im an administrator. im not signed in with a microsoft account.

so this mean that i can proceed with the steps without deleting some files in profile folder?

Well, I don't do anything different from conventional. It really looks like it's a matter of time for the problem to happen.
I read some people on Reddit complaining about this happening after updates, but, differently, I have no problems when updates are downloaded.
