How to Change Accent Color and Background Theme in Windows Phone 8 and 8.1

information   Information
The accent color you choose shows up in various places around your phone, like the Tiles on Start, the App list, the App switcher, the keyboard, the People Hub, and even some third-party apps from the Windows Phone Store. You can also choose between dark (black) and light (white) for your phone's background theme.

This tutorial will show you how to change the accent color and background theme to what you want in Windows Phone 8 and 8.1.
