How to Add "Extended Disk Cleanup" to Desktop Context Menu in Windows 7 and Windows 8

Disk Cleanup finds and removes unnecessary files on your hard disk to free up disk space and can help your computer run faster. Extended Disk Cleanup includes more type of files to select to delete than the default Disk Cleanup.
This tutorial will show you how to add "Extended Disk Cleanup" to the desktop context menu of all users in Windows 7 and Windows 8.
You must be signed in as an administrator to be able add/remove and use the "Extended Disk Cleanup" context menu item.

OPTION ONE
To Add "Extended Disk Cleanup" to Desktop Context Menu
1. Click/tap on the Download button below to download the file below.
Add_Extended_Disk_Cleanup.zip
2. Save the .zip file to your desktop.
3. Open the downloaded ZIP file, and extract (drag and drop) the Add_Extended_Disk_Cleanup.reg and Extended_Disk_Cleanup.vbs files to your desktop.
4. Unblock the extracted Extended_Disk_Cleanup.vbs file, then move it into the C:\Windows folder.
5. If prompted, click/tap on Continue and Yes (UAC) to approve.
6. Double click/tap on the extracted Add_Extended_Disk_Cleanup.reg file to merge it.
7. If prompted, click/tap on Run, Yes (UAC), Yes, and OK to approve.
OPTION TWO
To Remove "Extended Disk Cleanup" from Desktop Context Menu
1. Click/tap on the Download button below to download the file below.
Remove_Extended_Disk_Cleanup.bat
2. Save the .bat file to your desktop.
3. Right click or press and hold on the .bat file, and click/tap on Run as administrator.
4. Unblock the .bat file.
5. If prompted, click/tap on Yes (UAC) to approve.
