I always do, but I'm not sure what size you automatically get but I usually have to adjust for a larger window, unless you are talking about full screen?
I normally run full screen but it also resizes if you run in a window.
Not to the size I want it.

Either way, the window size is a non issue for you Mike, it can be adjusted if you don't like the size.

Strange. It resizes with the window for me.

Yea I tried to drag it larger and it just wouldn't
Cruiser wouldn't go outside of the install window and the vmware options were also not available,
I had to press the power button to get out of the install vm would just attempt to reinstall after canceling the install ?
Crossed my fingers when I restarted hoping vm wouldn't open again and stick back to the install 10 again
Very weird process which I'm sorry Brink the tutorial is not clear enough for a Texas caveman :/

Keith you assume I know what your talking about brother please stop that

Can you clarify? I'm not disputing what you get Keith, just that mine do not default to my desired window size.

What do you get? Looking at your specs it says VBox, do you also have VMWare?

I have both. Windows 10 runs better in VMWare Player than VBox. It almost sounds like you have not installed the VNware tools. It might be worth reinstalling them. You can fin them here..

I have the tools installed Keith, I'll reinstall them later, I'm pretty familiar with VMWare.

I guess we are going back and forth over a preference here, my only point was the window size can be adjusted.

I'm not disagreeing that after the VMWare Tools are installed the window resizes, I find it does not resize to what I want.

I'd say the latest 7.0 version should be good.

I have ver 6.03. Can I install ver 7 over that? I don't want to have to do all new again. I have XP and 10 Preview on VM.
