    Hey mate,

You would want to use the tutorial below at our sister site www.tenforums.com for Windows 10 instead.

Brink, I have One-Drive on my File Explorer as well. I only have 1 item in it. Is it true that if you want documents in OneDrive, that you need to save them to it? Also, is OneDrive the new name for Cloud?

    Thank you,

    Lynn

    Hell Lynn,

"Cloud" is a generic term used for when you store files online. "OneDrive" would just be a specific Microsoft service (brand) for this.

It would make it easier to access the files from OneDrive on any PC if the files were saved directly to your OneDrive.

    Hi Brink,

    Thanks for this.
It seems to have removed the tray icon instantly too - which seems rather odd since I remember reading your other tutorial where it stated (Option Two) "This option will not work in Windows 8.1 Update". KB2923768 was, of course, nowhere to be found on my system, so I'm amazed that this worked for me.

P.S - Your tutorials have been invaluable to me over these past few days (reinstalling my system to optimal functionality). A huge thank you for your help.
