I do believe the "Can't connect to the Internet" message is what happens if you key gets blocked. It appears it keeps track of how many times you use that same key. After so many times it gets blocked. I have no idea how many downloads your allowed per key though. Using the same key on different PC's may get it blocked too. I don't know how you get around it though. Are you running the Enterprise trial? Maybe that's why it won't connect, just guessing here.
    Thanks for your reply.

No I am running on Windows 7 64Bit

    Tushar,

Is this an OEM product key that you have for a Windows 8 Pro that came preinstalled on an OEM computer?

If so, that would be why since OEM keys cannot be used to download ISO files.

    Yes this is OEM key.

Actually I downloaded the Win 8.1 32bit with the same procedure with this key in past. but this time I try to do same in 64bit os and got key block. (Probably looks that)

Ah, yep that would be why then. It'll need to be an retail key.

If you have a friend with a retail key for Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro, then you could have them download a 64-bit ISO file for you.

You could then install the 64-bit Windows 8 Pro using a generic key. Once finished installing, you would change the product key to your OEM key to activate with.

No problem. It most likely has been blocked as Kerry (alphanumeric) posted then.

You could still have a friend download an ISO for you, and just enter your key during installation to activate with though.

Will that possible? I mean when my friend enter his key and download ISO. Isn't that ISO contain his key and only get activate with his key?

No. It's just a ISO file. Keys are not embedded in it. It only activates when you enter the key during installation.

Like Brink says, the key you enter isn't tied to the ISO. I know why you asked though. It shows you the key you used for the download at the end. Just a reminder I guess. Everybody gets the same ISO, Core or Pro depending on what key you enter. The ISO isn't branded to you though.
