Youtube videos very SLOW getting in to FULL sceen.

My Acer 700(i5 core) is running nearly back to normal and as fast.

But I have one problem when i am watching a video on Youtube and i try to watch it in FULL sceen.
It takes a long time(over 5 seconds) to go to watch the Youtube video in FULL sceen and the video freezes while i am doing it.
I have Adobe Flash player installed and Firefox.

And i have NEVER had this problem before the Windows 8.1 update.

Can anyone help me to fix the problem please?

Are you running Adobe Flash 12.0.0.77 or higher?

Are you running Adobe Flash 12.0.0.77 or higher?

I don't really know what version it is but i think it is the latest version because i have downloaded the flash player on there Adobe website couple weeks ago.
