write protection error of sandisk blade 16 gb pendrive

my pendrive is showing the disk is write proteced when i m trying to format the disk... the problem started as when i disconnected the drive without safetly removing the hard disk while usinf it...

it is not showing any options to delete something form it.

neither it is formatting even by diskpart

please help....

Have you rebooted the system since then? If not please reboot..
