Woke up to inactivated Windows

TechNet subscriber, been running without problems until this morning where the OS is back to inactive mode (can't modify user settings). Try to activate Windows and it says "Windows Could not Activate, please try again later. Contact customer support if the issue persists."

Has anyone else seen this? It's been running fine for a week with the key I got for TechNet.
 
Did you install any software or change hardware yesterday?

Check your BIOS clock, maybe something fubar there, in fact check all BIOS settings. If you had a BIOS reset that enabled or disabled enough hardware...

Odd about the "Could not activate" though, is your net connection ok?
