Hi guys,
I recently purchased a laptop and downgraded it to Windows 8. I intend to upgrade to 8.1 on this machine, and so far everything works perfectly apart from one thing. I have a whole load of drivers in device management related to wireless networks that I can't install because I'm assuming my hardware is too new to support them. These are as follows:
I've already searched on Intel and found that the only drivers are for Windows 10. I believe these would probably work, but Intel have annoyingly blocked you from installing them on any OS other than Windows 10. I have found others for Windows 8, but these are for other hardware and mine is for the Wi-Fi 6 AX200 series.
Now I'm wondering whether it's going to be possible to replace the wireless adapter with another hardware component that does allow use of Windows 8 drivers (I've found a few on Intel's website). Unfortunately I don't really know enough about hardware to know if what I'm trying to do would adversely impact on any other components in my machine or not. So could anyone tell me if my below specifications should be compatible with any of the following drivers that are compatible with Windows 8:

- sm bus controller
