Save any valuable data you have on E: and F:

1. Right-click on F: - select convert to logical, you can use also Partition Wizard (free) instead of Windows Disk Management.
So now you will have "System Reserved" and C: - primary, E: and F: logical.

2. Download and install Partition Guru (free) - in menu select Tools - Check MBR/Partition table error.
If any errors - delete E: and F: and create again.

3. Format (BUT NOT QUICK) the partition you want to install to (F: ?)

4. Install Win 7

You can give names to partitions - (in explorer or DiskManagement) - select F:, right-click, select Rename - text "Win7" for example.

Installation errors are usually from bad installation media - recheck MD5, SHA-1 checksum of ISO to be sure it's OK. There are many free tools for calculating checksums, I am using HashTab, it integrates with explorer and the checksums are available when you select and right-click on a file, then "Properties" - FileHashes.

..I agree with "add labels to the partitions"....so you know what's what if the drive letters change.

Post output of \windows\system32 from command:
change to drive "Win7" - whatever drive_letter on your system
dir \windows\system32\winlo*.exe

The F:\Windows\system32\winload.exe application cannot be run in Win32 mode.

That's what I tried in Windows 7 setup command prompt.

dir \windows\system32\winlo*.exe - on drive where win 7 is installed.

dir - lists directory contents

I am getting the impression you are not very familiar with command prompt.
Alternatively with explorer select \windows\system32 on Win 7 drive and search for winlo*.exe
What is the result ?

I am confused - winload.exe on F: is ok.
Last disk management screen shot shows you are booted to C:.

Which winload.exe is in error - from c: or from f: ?

It is like this, Windows 8 is installed in Drive C, Windows 7 is in F. There is MBR partition too. My Windows 8 is working fine ( or you can say any Windows in drive C works fine).

The problem starts when I install, any Windows in drive other than C with a Windows in drive C already present. Currently Windows 7 which is installed in Drive F, is stuck on winload.exe not found.

Should I part the same command from drive C ?

If you can boot to Win 8 then:
MBR is ok, active partition - System Reserved - is ok, bootmgr (on active) is ok, BCD (on active) is ok,
winload.exe on c: is ok, and so on the load chain.

The listing for winload.exe on F: (Win 7) shows that all files have the same size - seems to be ok.

The only element that is not checked is Windows 7 loader entry in BCD.

So boot to Windows 8.
With Visual Bcd Editor
1) Click on Windows 7 loader in left pane, right-click and select "Delete object/loader"
2) Right click in left pane and select "Create missing Windows loaders" (no parameters to specify) and confirm.

This will create again a new loader entry for Windows 7.
Reboot to see if Win 7 can boot.

Is this the exact message you are getting - or is yours different?

Got error message saying operating system couldn't be load because a required file is missing or contains errors. Error code was 0x000000e and File: \Windows\system32\winload.exe

It's just 0x000000d instead of 0x000000e. Otherwise, It's just the same. I've posted the error photo earlier in this thread.

1.
Could you change "ApplicationPath" for Windows 7 loader to
\Windows\System32\Boot\winload.exe
To edit just dbl-click.

2.
Could you also check that winload.exe in system32 and in system32\boot are the same on command line:

F:\Windows\system32>fc /b winload.exe boot\winload.exe

output should be:
[Comparing files winload.exe and BOOT\WINLOAD.EXE
FC: no differences encountered]

3.
Reboot to see if same errors occurs again.
