Hi

Trying to install a driver that worked fine in W7 updated last night to W8.

The soundcard worked for a while but was bombing out so I uninstalled.

When reinstalling after a reboot and clean no matter if I try update driver and locate, use a specific sound, audio device and games controller or the legacy route I get the same issue. Seems to start the process the get the message

"the system cannot find the path specified"

I have posted in the manufacturers forum but no solution yet. Its the only hardware thats not working - help please.

Thanks

Solved, but how? I started to get the same problem with a printer driver, that I have used before. But now I can't install it because of this.
