Solved Windows will not update darn near anything after a refresh

I'm doing a system restore point that happened tonight, and I want to see if that works.

If it doesn't, then I must revert back to 2/3, which is going to screw me because I did like 4 hours of hw today, and it's due in less than 4 hours.

All updates were completed except for 8 of them. Which is a lot more normal to me. Now, my computer had Windows 8.1 when I purchased it. Currently it is only Windows 8. What do I do to get it back on Windows 8.1?

Just kidding, these last 15 updates that I just did, didn't work. They failed to configure. So I'm ready for that fix.
