delete the current Dism.log
run the DISM / scanhealth command
post new dism.log as dism.txt

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Well, I am giving up, this is taking too long and the computer has not a lot files, something like 100 gb of data, so I am doing data transfer and reinstalling the system, I have license key, so there is no problem. Thank you to everybody for the time and effort.
