Hello, I got moms laptop for repair, and found one problem. I can't install 6 updates, one of them is that Windows 10 one. Windows update gives me error 80070BC9. I already tried sfc /scannow, even on boot, it threw "unfixable" errors on me too.
Any help? (Windows 8.1)
Thanks!

P.S.: I tried to put CBS.log here, but I can't, don't know why.

Please post the KB{number} list of the updates you are trying to install.
Please upload the cbs.log file located at [windows partition]\windows\logs\cbs\ ,this log might have information about the problem + use this command
Code:
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log > "%userprofiel%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
after sfc/scannow is finished.
The sfcdetails.txt file shows what sfc could not fix.

Try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox or something, it is most likely that the log file is too large.

Well, I tried to download the update, but Windows said NO! This software cannot run on this computer. But it is exactly the driver what I need, so where is the problem?

Did you try it via windows update?
If so, try it via the manufacturer.

Try the following a few times (4 to 5 or so)
  1. In admin command prompt: sfc/scannow
  2. After sfc/scannow has finished reboot.
  3. Try sfc/scannow again.
  4. If sfc/scannow reports a problem it can't fix, reboot and go to 1.

If after a few times the problem still persist, try in admin command prompt: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
This dism commands may take quiet a while to finish and it may look like its frozen at 20%, please let it run.

No, returned an error and returned to original state after rebooting. Even I don't understand that log, because I am from Czech Republic, not China or whatever it was. I am confused so bad.

Please copy and paste the following commands in admin command prompt.
Code:
[B]Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup&sfc/scannow&Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth&sfc/scannow&pause[/B]
Reboot when it has finished and try sfc/scannow again.
Again, this may take some time to finish, please let it run.
