Windows Update KB3000850 Code Error 8007370A

Hello,
This Windows Update error has plagued me for about a month and I have experienced it on multiple machines.

Thing I have done:
Tried installing standalone KB3000850 installer FAILED
SFC /SCANNOW GOOD
Code:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>SFC /Scannow

Beginning system scan.  This process will take some time.


Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.


Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

I am unclear of what else I can do besides start rolling back updates and trying to reinstall them or doing a system restore or doing a fresh install of Windows 8.1. None of those options are optimal for me, but alternative suggestions or solutions are appreciated ;)

Try Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

Try Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Thanks for the suggestion.
Completed successfully, but the update still failed to install. Same error.
