Windows Update doesn't work

I downloaded the official Windows 8.1 ISO from Micorosft's Website. I know, the ISO is kinda old and it's missing a huge amount of updates. The thing is, that is also missing the Windows Update Agent updates and this is the reason behind this problem. Because of the outdated Windows Update Agent i cannot install the latest updates. Does anyone know which updates i have to manually install in order to make it work? Thanks
