How i can resolve that problem ? My windows is logged on my hotmail and the windows is activated with kms . When you get into it, select an application and want to give back, it appears. Windows 8.1 Build 9600 32 bits

Hi,
The store might be blocked on the network or networks you are trying this with.
It might also be an update problem. For this, check is your mail or calender apps work fine, or try switching to a local account and go back to a microsoft account. Is it tells you microsoft services are unavailible right now, try later you have to wait for a windows update and your stuff will probably work after.

I am having the same problem as sonnyc, I get the same message. Cannot get into Sky Drive and when I try to use Maps, get just a greyed out world land mass outline. Hope fully some one has had this same problem and found out how to solve it.

I finally gave up trying to find a solution on my own. I may have been taken but after calling Microsoft on their toll free line, they referred me to another company who they said could help me. That ITechLine. It cost me $149.99 but they did restore my computer to "like New" condition without loss of any of the programs, data or pictures that I had on the computer. A rather steep price but it did do the job.

Ouch. I think I would have done a factory recovery before that.
