Solved windows store application install problem 0x80070002

I recently downloaded a app from windows 8.1 store but got the error and the apps did not install.

You might see if clearing the Store cache may be able to help to let you install the app afterwards.

Still the same problem after after clearing the windows store cache.Please tell what may be other methods to solve the problem

If you have a 3rd party AV or firewall program installed, then it may be blocking this. As a test, temporarily disable or uninstall the AV or firewall program, and try installing the app from the Store again.

I have kaspersky internet security 2014 installed in my windows 8.1.I temporarily disabled my antivirus yet no results.Actually this happens after i upgraded my windows 8 pro to windows 8.1 pro by windows store.
So what should i do to use windows store as before in windows 8..

Do you dual boot with another OS by chance?

Actually i think i got the solution although all the above mentioned methods don't work but i found a simple solution.When i use windows market through direct LAN wire connection,apps are downloaded from windows store but those are not installed.But when i connect windows store by wifi connection ,the downloaded application starts installating and installation becomes successful.But i don't know why this happens.can any body know its answer????what ever i got the solution and starts enjoying the games downloaded from windows market.

Not sure. If you like as a test, completely uninstall Kaspersky temporarily for now, then test to see if you still have this issue afterwards to see if Kaspersky may somehow be at fault.

Glad you found a workaround for now though.
