Windows Mail App Can't Add new Gmail Account

I have windows Mail app install and i'm receving and senting mail from my existing Accounts.
But when i try to add a another gmail account it give me error
I've Uploaded the images as well
and no matter how many times i try agin this won't work
My internet is working properly.

The windows mail app does not support POP mail, but that link should help you
