windows machine is slow and not running several exe files

Hello
My pc is running most programs except for a few important ones and it is running very slowly at times.
I disabled webroot...no good

I ran a sfc / scan now report and got some error lines of code;
I also attached the full run in an attachment

Can you make any suggestions what to try?
