Windows Live Mail unable to backup

I went to backup my Windows Live Mail today and I'm unable to backup it up completely. I do everything I normally do, then do the backup and it instantly says everything is backed up, but when I look in the folders it only shows the deleted items folder. I've tried selecting all folders manually and any other way I can think of and it's the same each time. I've searched the web, repaired WLM and nothing works. I tried going offline, but it won't let me do that either. Never had this trouble before.
