Hey,

Problem 1: I have recent installed Windows 8 PRO, when I trust it he send a mail to my other account. On gmail I don't have a mail from microsoft.
Problem 2: When I open the store in the menu it says that I have to connect on the internet to access the store. I can surfing on the internet like now :'S.
Problem 3: My little brother thinks he can hack and downloaded a crack for Auslogics Boostspeed. But it was a installation of Flash Player but also a virus in the .exe file. My anti-Virus says this:

Windows defender: Windows Defender has 3 possible threats found.
Virus 1: Encyclopedia entry: Trojan:Win32/Sirefef.AB - Learn more about malware - Microsoft Malware Protection Center
It is located in C:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_32\desktop.ini
Virus 2: Also a Trojan, also located in GAC_32 info here Encyclopedia entry: Trojan:Win64/Sirefef.P - Learn more about malware - Microsoft Malware Protection Center
Virus 3 is Encyclopedia entry: Virus:Win64/Sirefef.A - Learn more about malware - Microsoft Malware Protection Center
file: C\WINDOWS\System32\services.exe
process:pid:584
Here a print screen: Virusscan 1.png
More info (sorry for dutch because I'm from Belgium)
Virusscan 2.png
And when I open services.exe I got this: Virusscan 3.png

Also skydrive is infected, actually, everything what I install.

Problem 4: When I open up a Metro app like news, wheather, Sports,.. Open up and closing. My mail can't synchronize and when I open it and sometimes stuck at the icon in full screen.
Also apps what I installed in the store before I can't open it like Jetpack Joyride, Skype,.. can't connect to the internet :'S

I really need your help

If this was a full install, and not an upgrade, I suggest wiping everything out and starting again, with a full format (or some form of full disk security wipe).

Unfortunately, I have no guidance on alternatives if this is an unacceptable solution for you. There must be virus cleaners available, but I have not researched them because it has been 10-15 years since I have seen a virus/worm/trojan or any other malware... and even then it was on another person's system.
