windows- app download

I am not sure if this right place for this conversation. But I cant download the app of my home monitoring system on my windows phone. What should I do to get it downloaded? When I spoke about this with executives from Think protection, they said its the software problem of the phone. How do I get it done?

I couldn't find anything on the website that said which smartphones they supported. Are you sure Windows Phone is supported? Many companies only provide apps for iOS and Android.
