Windows Activation error "product key not working
Please help me! I live on an island with zero tech help so I'm trying to fix this issue on my own. Long story short I had to refresh my Toshiba back to factory settings and now when it prompts me to activate windows it gives me this code 0xc004c003 and a message "product key not working" I've tried online chat and remote assistance and they cannot help me it seems. Tells me to call Toshiba. Can anyone help me? I bought the laptop with Windows already included and the key is not on the sticker like in other models. Evidently refreshing my laptop was not supposed to effect Windows 8 yet here we are....
