A little more info about your system might help, such as motherboard model, how many USB 3.0 controllers do you have..? Any add in cards?
Could you go to the same place in your attachment and select the Details Tab, then select Hardware Ids in the Property menu, then post the two entries for that. We might be able to look up the IDs and see what the device is. The event tab may also have some info.
It says the device is a Controller. Windows 8 usually handles the USB 3.0 devices, but you might check the OEM to see if there are any Windows 8 USB 3.0 drivers available.
Do you have anything plugged into a USB port? Have you checked to see if the entry has an option to "Reset" a port, if that is what the device is?
Now works, i had a front USB 3.0 broke, that blue plastic was removed and some pins were bended, i repaired them a little, one middle pin, his head was broken, and i put back that usb 3.0 blue plastic back on, and now works no more issues in windows with usb code 43, and the usb still works
Also i will attack here a picture with universal usb bus controllers to tell me if they are all ok, or if they are the same proper number....
Using MSI Z77A-GD65, mouse razer taipan + razer anansi (2 usb) and mouse (1 usb plugged in).
