I have Windows 7 ultimate PC. I have bought Windows 8 Pro DVD & when I try to upgrade to Windows 8 an error comes up: Error - 0x8007045a
This comes up even before the first restart within 5 minutes of starting the installation.
I have done all this:
Removed all incompatible softwares
Removed all antivirus
Ran Windows update
Ran checksur
Tried doing clean boot & then start installation
Tried starting in safe mode & then start installation
Ran sfc /scannow--no problem
This all did not helped me. Still I am facing the same issue.
I found this article to be my problem after searching for the problem, but I do not understand how to install this parser thing:

& PLZ do not suggest me to do clean install, it would be such a pain to set up all my 167 programs again.
