Solved Windows 8 stuck at reset your pc.

If it says success, then you need to enable it again

reagentc /enable

then have a look

reagentc /info

Yes.

That is all. You can refresh/reset from within windows, or using the new recovery flash

so i restart the pc and boot from the usb and the reinstall should work ?

Yes. Not clear to me if you want to refresh or Reset. Either should work now.

That was quick reset

Try booting the flash and do it from there.

If there is an issue, try refresh instead and see where that gets you.

It should work, you have the necessary files. Unless it doesn't like something about your hardware.
