Hello Hello, I have been working on this issue for two days, I am not very computer literate so please have patience with me. It started yesterday when I download Cities: Skyline, I noticed it just wasn't working, while pulling up task manager it showed 100 % disk usage but nothing came up as to the program that was doing it. ALSO Windows made me update, and the update failed..I had to complete factory reset my computer, but we are back up and running today! It is still showing 100% disk, I looked at the programs by usage, and the one showing the most usage is the System. I already have the paging files in Virtual Memory set all the way up, All I am really wanting to do is fix this, and advice will be welcomed! I am running a lower end laptop. 4.00 GB of RAM
