Windows 8 problems, Please HELP!!!

So, I recently bought a Lenovo Y500 and it has Windows 8 on it. I set up everything and it was going fine.

But, I can't access the microsoft store and I can't access "Change PC Settings" so as to reset my computer. None of the settings are working, please help me!!!

I know that, but when I click the settings control button it doesn't do anything.
