Windows 8 Pro Install Hangs on 'Finishing setup'

This is a clean install! I've tried re-installing like 15 times but keeps getting stuck at this!, i even deleted my Ubuntu partition cause i thought it was the problem, i then tried to install Win 7 instead, when installation completed, i boot it up and it got stuck at Starting Windows.

This is very frustrating I've done everything Slow delete the whole SATA-AHCI drive, numerous times, clean install and still gets stuck at 'FINISHING SETUP'.
