Where to start? My laptop running fine on windows 8 until it attempted an upgrade to 8.1...it took like 4 hours for the PC to state that it could not complete the installation and its restoring it to its previous state(windows 8)
More than 10 hours passed and all I see on the screen is please wait...do not turn off the computer
I can not access the boot menu after pressing shift and f8 twice.
I tried loading details up default three times and the same screen message
What to do now as more importantly are files I don't want to loose
