Windows 8, no networks available?

Ok the Windows system 32 doesn't mean what you think, that just relates to one of Windows file systems and has nothing to do with your problem, that comment was throwing me off.

I would need to see the entire screen shot of the ipconfig/all , I'm not sure what you mean by Lynksys as those are usually routers.

You will want to go with the onboard Ethernet connection for now.

I can't really read this but I can see enough to where it shows you aren't getting a thing from the router and some of your tunnel adaptor info is missing completely.

If you can open up Device Manager, go to the top of page "View" then show hidden devices, open up network adaptors tab, post screen shot of Device Manager please. :)
