Thank you. Ive read some previews posts regarding updating windows 8, they are experiencing problems. If I install all the updates, will my OS be the same as if it were first installed?

Most of the Windows Updates is patches to make your system more secure and stable and its highly recommended, though some updates may crash your system that may conflicts with your systems setup or another 3rd party applications installed in your system...

I been updating my system when there's an updates available but none of them makes my system unuseable...

Since CP came out only recently, any updates would still mainly for the OS so i'd say it will be stable. Crashes mainly comes from hardware and software compatibility with the OS.
