I have a Sager NP8651 / Clevo P650SE laptop running Windows 8.1 64-bit and while all other hardware works the fingerprint reader does not no mater which driver i use from the Clevo OEM site.
what files do i need to upload or report to linclude to help this get resolved. I have contacted Sager support multiple times and they say "a fresh install of windows will fix it..."
